Our goods are domestically and globally sourced through trusted partners. Every product is designed, curated, and signed off by our family in California.
Is the website price the final price?
The website price is final and includes free U.S. shipping on every order — no minimum. California sales tax is added at checkout for orders shipping to California. We do not run quiet markups or hidden fees.
How long does shipping take?
Most U.S. orders arrive in 3–7 business days after dispatch. Expedited shipping is available at checkout if you need it faster.
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, in original unopened packaging, less a 30% restocking fee. See the Returns page for the full policy.
Can I use the refillable bottles for dish soap and lotion?
Yes. The pumps and seals are compatible with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, and most lotions. Avoid abrasive scrubs and gritty exfoliants — they wear the pump faster.
Does the flag include a pole?
No — flags ship without poles. They're compatible with standard 0.5–1 inch residential poles, RV mounts, and most flagpole kits.
Are the magnetic blocks safe for toddlers?
Recommended for ages 3 and up. BPA-free, non-toxic ABS with sealed edges, tested to U.S. and international child safety standards. Adult supervision recommended for the smallest piece counts.
