We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
The policy
- Refunds are issued less a 30% restocking fee and the original shipping cost.
- Items must be in their original, unopened packaging, with all tags and seals intact.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
- Bulk orders, custom orders, and items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
Why a 30% restocking fee?
We're a small family-run business. Items that come back to us cannot always be resold as new, even when unopened — packaging gets scuffed, seals get checked, and inventory cycles cost us time and money. The restocking fee reflects what it actually costs us to process the return.
How to start a return
- Email hello@umadeus.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll send you a return authorization and the address to ship to.
- Once we receive the item and verify its condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Defective on arrival?
We don't run a warranty program, but if your item arrives damaged or defective on arrival, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right.
