We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused, unopened items in their original packaging. No restocking fee.
The policy
- Full refund of the item price — no restocking fee.
- Original shipping cost is not refunded.
- Items must be in their original, unopened packaging, with all tags and seals intact.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
- Bulk orders, custom orders, and items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
How to start a return
- Email hello@umadeus.shop within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll send you a return authorization and the address to ship to.
- Once we receive the item and verify its condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Defective on arrival?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you — including return shipping.
