We ship every order ourselves from California via UPS, USPS, and FedEx, depending on weight and destination.
Domestic (U.S. orders)
- Free standard shipping on every U.S. order — no minimum.
- Standard ground service (3–7 business days) to all 50 states is included in the price you see.
- Expedited shipping (2-day, overnight) is available on request — email shipping@umadeus.shop before ordering for a quote.
International
- We do not currently ship internationally through this website. For international inquiries, please email shipping@umadeus.shop and we'll quote shipping by weight and destination.
- If approved, the buyer is responsible for all duties, customs fees, and import taxes.
Processing
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Tracking is emailed the moment your package is on the truck. Shipping delays during major holidays may add 1–2 business days.
Lost or damaged in transit?
Email hello@umadeus.shop with your order number and a photo of any damage. We'll work with the carrier to resolve and, if necessary, replace the item at no cost.
