The short version. By using umadeus.shop, you agree to play fair and use the site lawfully. We agree to ship what you ordered, charge what we said we'd charge, and refund per our Returns policy. Disputes are handled in California.
Acceptance
By accessing or using this site, placing an order, or signing up for our newsletter, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older — or have permission from a parent or legal guardian — to place an order.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at hello@umadeus.shop if you suspect your account has been compromised.
Orders and payment
- Prices are in U.S. dollars and final at time of order.
- Sales tax is collected on orders shipping to jurisdictions where uMadeUs has tax collection obligations — currently California. Sales tax obligations in other states may change as our sales volume grows and as state laws evolve; if you have a question about tax in your state, email hello@umadeus.shop.
- We use Stripe to process payments; placing an order also agrees you to Stripe's terms.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock availability — and refund any amount charged.
Shipping, returns, and refunds

Intellectual property
All site content — including the uMadeUs name, logo, product photography, copy, and visual design — is the property of uMadeUs Inc. and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property law. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially use any of it without our written permission. Exception: you may share photos of your own uMadeUs products on social media (and tag us).
User conduct
Don't use the site to break the law, infringe on someone else's rights, distribute malware, scrape pricing or content programmatically, or attempt to compromise the site's security.
Disclaimers
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product information, photography, and pricing. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free or always available. Except as required by applicable law, products are sold without express warranty. Returns are accepted under the Returns policy, and your statutory rights under California's Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and any other applicable consumer protection laws are unaffected by this section.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, uMadeUs Inc. and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any product purchased. Our total liability in any matter will not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
